Issue of 2 November 2026

This week's read

Customer Success hiring in Brazil picked up pace this month. New postings went from 50 in the prior 30 days to 67 in the latest 30, a 34% jump. Weekly postings held close to their best week too: 21 new roles in the week of 26 October, just under the peak of 22 set in the week of 5 October.

The jobs are spread out, not stuck with a few big names. Of the 85 companies hiring, Gympass has the most open roles at 8, followed by Eden People and Salesforce with 4 each, and Amazon, Asksuite, DiDi Global, MMC and Taboola with 3 each. Even so, the top 8 employers only hold 26% of all 117 open roles, so most jobs sit with smaller hiring companies.

Look past the job titles before you decide if a role fits you. Mid-level titles make up 84% of postings, with senior at 7%, lead at 3% and principal at 2%. But where years of experience are stated, which is only 35% of roles, the median ask is 5 years, and 12% of postings want 10 or more years, so a 'mid-level' title does not always mean a short track record is enough.

If you work with Salesforce or CRM tools, that is where the demand is. Salesforce is named in 21% of postings and CRM in 19%, well ahead of AI and machine learning at 11%, Power BI at 7%, and HubSpot, SQL and Zendesk at 5% each. SaaS is the industry doing most of the hiring, named in 27% of postings, more than consulting, payments, advertising or e-commerce.

Remote work is scarce in this market: only 10% of open roles are remote. The typical role stays open 23 days before it is filled or pulled, so there is some time to apply once you see a posting you want.

What this means for you

Three things you can act on this week

  • Apply even if titled mid-level

Mid-level titles make up 84% of postings, but a third of roles that state years ask for a median of 5, and some ask for 10 or more. Read the years requirement, not just the title.

  • Know Salesforce and CRM tools

Salesforce appears in 21% of postings and CRM in 19%, well ahead of other tools. If you have hands-on experience with either, say so clearly in your application.

  • Look past the top hirers

The 8 biggest employers hold only 26% of the 117 open roles. With 85 companies hiring, widen your search past Gympass, Salesforce or Amazon to smaller companies posting roles.

Momentum

New Customer Success roles each week

Last 30 days: 67 new roles, against 50 the 30 days before (+34%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.

How we count

Ashney reads companies' own careers sites directly, hourly, not job boards. A role posted for many cities counts once, and staffing agencies are left out. A role counts as new in the week it was posted, and every change is measured at the same companies in both periods, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth. The written read is by the Ashney Intelligence Engine from this issue's numbers only, and every number and employer in it is checked against them before it is published. This report is written weekly; issue of 2 November 2026.
