Talent Acquisition hiring in Europe is up 18% over 30 days, but the weekly pace has eased from its peak
New postings climbed over the last month, yet the busiest single week was 12 October. Since then, weekly listings have slipped 23% off that peak.

Issue of 2 November 2026This week's read
There are 843 open Talent Acquisition roles across Europe right now, spread across 542 companies. That is a wide market: no single employer dominates it, and the top 8 employers together hold just 13% of all open roles.
Over the past 30 days, 292 new roles were posted, up from 247 in the 30 days before, a rise of 18%. But look week by week and the picture shifts: postings peaked at 86 in the week of 12 October, then fell to 66 by the week of 26 October, a drop of 23% from that high point. So the market grew over the month, but it has cooled since its best week.
Jobs are sitting open a median of 29 days, which gives you some room to apply without rushing. Most roles don't specify much about seniority: only 30% of postings state a minimum years requirement, and when they do, the median ask is 3 years. Just 5% of postings ask for 10 or more years of experience, and by job title, 75% of open roles are mid level, with 12% senior and 9% junior.
If you work in tools, LinkedIn Ads appears in 12% of postings, ATS in 11%, and LinkedIn Recruiter in 11%. Workday shows up in 6% and AI and machine learning skills in 5%. Pay is rarely stated, just 6% of postings include it, so there isn't enough data to say what this market typically pays. Remote options are also limited: only 7% of open roles are remote.
On the employer side, Groupecrit Demo Demo Reseau currently has the most open roles at 26, followed by Gojob at 18, Capgemini at 15, and Robert Half at 14. Capgemini and PWC both have dedicated pages if you want to look at their listings directly.
What this means for you
Three things you can act on this week
- Apply even after the peak week
Weekly postings are down 23% from their 12 October high, but the 30-day total is still up 18%. Roles are still opening, just at a slower weekly clip than a few weeks ago.
- Years requirements are rarely strict
Only 30% of postings even state a minimum years requirement, and the median ask is just 3 years. Don't assume you're underqualified if a listing is silent on experience.
- Don't expect pay or remote details upfront
Only 6% of postings list pay and only 7% of roles are remote. If either matters to you, you'll likely need to ask directly rather than filter by posting.
Momentum
New Recruiting roles each week
Last 30 days: 292 new roles, against 247 the 30 days before (+18%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.
