Issue of 2 November 2026This week's read
There are 131 open Customer Success roles in Mexico right now, spread across 95 companies. New postings are up 25% over the last 30 days compared with the 30 days before. The weekly count has held steady at its highest point of the stretch, 18 new roles in the week of 26 October.
Look inside those postings and one name keeps coming up. Salesforce itself is the single biggest hirer, with 11 open roles, and the skill Salesforce is named in 33% of all postings read. CRM comes up in 13%, HubSpot in 12%. If you know your way around Salesforce, this is the market where that shows.
This is mostly a mid-level market. 81% of postings are aimed at mid-level hires, and only 11% are senior. Just 3% ask for 10 or more years of experience, and the typical posting asks for 3 years minimum. So you do not need a decade in the field to be in the running for most of these roles.
Remote work is the exception here, not the rule. Only 17% of open roles are remote, so most of this hiring expects you in an office. Roles also stay open a while, a median of 29 days, which gives you some room if you are weighing more than one option.
No single company owns this market. The top 8 employers together, including Salesforce, Cisco and Samsara, account for just 24% of all open roles. With 95 companies hiring, it pays to look past the biggest names.
What this means for you
Three things you can act on this week
- Salesforce skills stand out
Salesforce is named in 33% of postings and CRM in 13%. If you have hands-on Salesforce experience, this is the market to lead with it.
- Mid-level is where the jobs are
81% of roles target mid-level hires and only 3% ask for 10 or more years. You do not need to be senior to apply widely here.
- Look beyond the office, but expect one
Only 17% of roles are remote, so plan for in-person work. With 95 companies hiring, check past the top names like Salesforce and Cisco.
Momentum
New Customer Success roles each week
Last 30 days: 60 new roles, against 48 the 30 days before (+25%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.
