Issue of 2 November 2026This week's read
If you're looking for a Customer Success role in the rest of Latin America, this is a good month to be looking. There are 147 open roles right now, posted by 114 different companies. New postings in the last 30 days are up 33% compared with the 30 days before, rising from 49 to 65.
That growth has not kept speeding up each week, though. The week of 19 October was the busiest, with 21 new roles. The following week slipped to 19, a 10% pull back from that peak. So the hiring pace has eased a bit even as the month-over-month total is still well up.
No single company controls this market. Appdirect posts the most roles among the top names, with Codekeeper close behind. But together, the eight biggest employers hold just 18% of all open roles, so most of what's out there comes from companies outside that list.
Salesforce is the most asked for skill, showing up in 20% of postings, with CRM experience close behind at 15%. AI and machine learning appear in 10% of listings. SaaS is by far the most common industry background wanted, named in 26% of postings.
Most roles are built for mid-level candidates: 78% of titles fall into that band, and only 2% ask for 10 or more years of experience. The median minimum asked is 3 years. Roles stay open a median of 25 days, and 23% are remote.
What this means for you
Three things you can act on this week
- Apply broadly, not just big names
Hiring is spread across 114 companies, and the top eight employers hold only 18% of open roles. Don't limit your search to well known names; most opportunities sit outside that list.
- Salesforce and CRM skills stand out
Salesforce appears in 20% of postings and CRM in 15%. If you have hands on experience with either, make sure it's clear and easy to find in your application.
- You don't need a decade of experience
Only 2% of postings ask for 10 or more years. The median minimum is 3 years, and 78% of roles target mid-level candidates, so don't rule yourself out early in your career.
Momentum
New Customer Success roles each week
Last 30 days: 65 new roles, against 49 the 30 days before (+33%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.
