There are 118 open Solutions Engineer roles in Mexico right now, spread across 78 companies. New postings in the last 30 days hit 37, up from 32 the month before, a 16% rise. The weekly pace has been choppy: it peaked at 12 new roles the week of 21 September, dipped, then climbed back to 11 in the week of 26 October.
Look at the seniority mix and the market's shape becomes clear. Mid-level titles make up 47% of postings, but principal-level roles are close behind at 36%. Together the top 8 employers account for 32% of all open roles, so the rest of the market is spread thin across many smaller hirers. On skills, AI and machine learning is named in 22% of postings, AWS in 18%, Azure in 17%, and Python in 16%, with Agile named in 10%. Remote options are limited: only 7% of open roles are remote, and the typical role stays open for 30 days.
Certifications barely register: CCIE, CCNP, and Certified ScrumMaster each appear in just 2% of postings. SaaS is the most common industry context, named in 13% of listings, with consulting close behind at 11%.
