What this means for you
Three things you can act on this week
- Move quickly on applications
The median listing stays open just 19 days. If you see a role that fits, apply right away rather than waiting.
- Look closely at OneMCI
OneMCI alone has 167 open roles, far more than any other employer, so it is worth checking their listings directly.
- Weigh the low remote share
Only 10% of open roles are remote, so plan for most roles to require being on site or in a specific location.

New Customer Support roles each week
Last 30 days: 247 new roles, against 205 the 30 days before (+20%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.
