This week's read
There are 103 open Delivery Manager roles in Mexico right now, spread across 60 companies. New postings rose 61% over the last 30 days, up from 31 new roles in the prior window to 50 in the latest one. That said, the weekly pace has cooled a bit since its high point: the week of 12 October brought 14 new roles, the most of any week, and the week of 26 October brought 12, a 14% step down from that peak.
PWC stands out clearly in this market. It has 24 of the 103 open roles, far more than any other employer on the list. Capgemini comes next with 7, and the rest of the top 8 named employers, including BlackLine, Accenture, Salesforce, DXC Technology, Infoblox and JPMorganChase, hold smaller counts. Together, the top 8 employers account for 46% of all open roles.
If you are worried you need decades of experience for this role, the data says otherwise. The median minimum experience asked for is 5 years, and only 4% of postings ask for 10 or more. Roles also do not sit open long: the median is 17 days, so hiring tends to move at a decent clip once a role is posted.
Do not expect to work from home in this market. Only 4% of open roles are remote, so most hiring is happening for in-person or hybrid setups. On the skills side, Oracle is the most named technology, followed by AI and machine learning, then Python and SAP close behind. SaaS and consulting are the industries named most often in these postings.
A few credentials and ways of working come up often enough to be worth noting. PMP is named in 9% of postings, and ITIL and Agile both appear in roughly 1 in 10. None of these are required everywhere, but they show up often enough that you will likely see them again and again as you look through listings.
What this means for you
Three things you can act on this week
- You likely qualify without 10 years
The median minimum experience asked for is 5 years, and only 4% of postings want 10 or more. Do not rule yourself out if you have mid-level experience.
- Plan for in-person work
Only 4% of open roles are remote. If you need remote work, this market will be a tough fit; most hiring here expects you on site or in a hybrid setup.
- Watch PWC and the top employers
PWC alone holds 24 of the 103 open roles, and the top 8 employers combined hold 46% of the market. Checking these companies directly may turn up more openings than searching broadly.

New Delivery roles each week
Last 30 days: 50 new roles, against 31 the 30 days before (+61%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.
