This week's read

There are 108 open Delivery Manager roles across 71 companies in the rest of Latin America right now. The number of new postings in the last 30 days matches the 30 days before that exactly: 31 and 31. So the market has not grown, but it has not shrunk either.

Look at the week by week picture and you see more movement. Postings built up through September and peaked the week of 5 October at 14 new roles. Since then the pace has eased, down to 10 new roles in the week of 26 October, a 29% drop from that peak.

EY is the biggest single hirer, with 16 open roles, well ahead of PERCEPTIO S.A.S at 5. Together the top 8 employers, including Kyndryl, PWC and Salesforce, hold 37% of all open roles. Roles stay open for a median of 20 days, so hiring moves at a reasonable clip once a posting goes up.

Most roles ask for experience: 61% of postings state a minimum, and the median ask is 5 years. Only 9% want 10 years or more, so this is not a market reserved for the most senior candidates. Mid level titles make up 64% of roles, with senior at 19% and lead at 10%.

On the technical side, SAP shows up often: SAP S/4HANA is named in 18% of postings and SAP more broadly in 13%, alongside SAP FICO, SAP MM and SAP SD each in the high single digits. AI and machine learning appear in 12% of postings and SQL in 10%. Agile is named in 13% of postings and ITIL in 8%. Remote roles are rare, just 7% of the total, so this is largely an in person or hybrid market.

What this means for you

Three things you can act on this week

  • Expect in person or hybrid work

Only 7% of open roles are remote. If you need remote work, your options are limited here, so plan your search around location rather than against it.

  • SAP knowledge is widely asked for

SAP S/4HANA appears in 18% of postings and SAP more broadly in 13%, alongside SAP FICO, SAP MM and SAP SD. If you have SAP experience, it is worth featuring clearly.

  • You don't need a decade of experience

The median ask is 5 years, and only 9% of postings want 10 years or more. Most roles sit at mid level, so this market is open well below the most senior end.

New Delivery roles each week

Last 30 days: 31 new roles, against 31 the 30 days before (0%). Each week counts the same companies, and a role counts as new only in the week it was posted, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth.

How we count

Ashney reads companies' own careers sites directly, hourly, not job boards. A role posted for many cities counts once, and staffing agencies are left out. A role counts as new in the week it was posted, and every change is measured at the same companies in both periods, so a careers site we start reading never shows up as growth. The written read is by the Ashney Intelligence Engine from this issue's numbers only, and every number and employer in it is checked against them before it is published. This report is written weekly; issue of 7 November 2026.
